Session Levels
Horizontal levels from the sessions traders reference most: Asia and London ranges, prior day, week and month highs and lows, opens, swings, premarket and overnight.
Session Levels draws the reference lines most traders mark by hand every morning: the Asia and London highs and lows, yesterday's high, low and close, the week and month ranges, the midnight and weekly opens, recent swing extremes, and the premarket and overnight ranges. Each family has its own colour, and each line carries a short trader label like PDH, ASL or PMH on the chart and the price axis.
On NQ, that means one indicator gives you the overnight range, where London left off, and yesterday's levels before the bell, without drawing a single line yourself.

Adding the indicator
Open the chart settings panel and use the Add button in the Indicators section. Session Levels sits in the Overlay group. One instance per chart pane. Typing a label like pdh or asia into the Add menu's filter box finds it too.
The level families
Asia, Prev Day and Opens are on when you add it. The rest start off.
| Family | Levels (chart label) | Window |
|---|---|---|
| Asia | High, Low (ASH / ASL) | 19:00 to 02:00 ET by default. Tracks live inside the window, then holds for the rest of the day. |
| London | High, Low (LSH / LSL) | 08:00 to 16:30 London time by default, with UK clock changes handled. |
| Prev Day | High, Low, Close (PDH / PDL / PDC) | The previous regular session, 09:30 to 16:00 ET, early-close aware. ETH High, Low and Close (EPDH / EPDL / EPDC) use the full extended session instead and start off. |
| Week | High, Low (WH / WL) | Since this week opened. ETH versions available. |
| Prev Week | High, Low (LWH / LWL) | The whole previous Monday to Friday week. Settled, so it never moves. |
| Month | High, Low (MH / ML) | Since the 1st of this month. ETH versions available. |
| Prev Month | High, Low (LMH / LML) | The whole previous calendar month. |
| Opens | Midnight (MO), Weekly (WO), Monthly (MOP) | Today's 00:00 ET open, the Sunday 18:00 ET session open, and the month's first session open. Monthly starts off. |
| Swing | High, Low (SWH / SWL) | Highest high and lowest low over the last N completed regular sessions. An ETH swing pair (ESWH / ESWL) starts off. |
| Premarket | High, Low (PMH / PML) | 04:00 to 09:30 ET by default, from the symbol's own bars. Futures trade around the clock and have no premarket. |
| Overnight | High, Low (OVNH / OVNL) | 18:00 ET the prior evening to the 09:30 ET open by default. |
Settings
| Setting | Options | What it controls |
|---|---|---|
| Family rows | Pills per level, a colour, and an all-on/all-off toggle | Turn single levels or a whole family on and off, and recolour the family. |
| Labels | Short (default), Full | Trader abbreviations (PDH, ASH, PMH) or full names (PREV HIGH, ASIA HI, PREMKT HI). |
| Show labels | Always (default), On hover, Off | When the on-line titles and price-axis badges show. |
| Opacity | 10% to 100% (default) | One strength for every family's lines and labels. |
| Windows | Asia (ET), London (UK), Premarket (ET), Overnight (ET) | Type your own HHMM-HHMM window, colons fine. A window that crosses midnight anchors to the prior evening. |

| Shade Asia session | Off (default), On | Tints the Asia window behind the candles in the Asia colour, using the same window as the lines. |

Reading notes
- Index ETFs get the futures levels. On SPY, SPXW, QQQ, IWM, DIA, GLD and SLV, the session levels come from the matching futures and are mapped into that symbol's prices, so the overnight families still work.
- Plain stocks show less. Asia, London, Opens and Overnight need a 24-hour futures source, so a regular stock has no lines for those families. A level the symbol can't support is greyed out in the cog with the reason.
- Week and month ranges include the day in view. In replay they appear once the playhead reaches that day's close.
- No shaded bands on daily or wider charts. The lines still draw.
- Looking for the Initial Balance or the golden zone? They moved to their own indicator, Initial Balance.
